Orders are typically processed within 2-5 days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated shipping times
Receiving time = Processing time(2-5 days) +Shipping time(5-10 days)

Orders above £29.99: Free shipping!

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking status.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact our support team at service@ugoods.uk.
Ugoods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Order Changes & Address Errors
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
